Building Your Favourite Talent Pool

Dweet encourages each client to build a pool of favourite talents for every project. This ensures that consistent and proven talents are always available, enhancing reliability and efficiency.

1. When a favourite talent accepts a proposal, they are booked automatically, which is particularly useful for last-minute requests.
2. Talents can be marked/unmarked as favourites from the following screens:

1. If you no longer wish to keep a talent as a favourite, simply unselect the favourite icon.

Can’t find your favourite talent while creating a new request? Most likely, they are unavailable for the specified dates.

Blocking a Talent from Your Project

If you do not want a specific talent to be booked again under your project, you can block them by following these steps:

Option 1

1. Leave a review of 3 stars or below

   • Select the reason for the poor review by clicking on the relevant tags (e.g., "Arrived late," "Poor teamwork").
   • Toggle the option "Can [Talent Name] be booked for future shifts?" to No.
   • (Optional)Provide any additional comments in the text box to explain why the talent should not be assigned to future shifts.

2. Click Submit Review to finalise the review and block the talent.
