1. Navigate to My Rota and click the Send Broadcast Message .
2. Select the projects this message applies to (you can select multiple).
3. Choose the recipients:
   • Talents booked for tomorrow.
   • Talents booked for this week.
   • Talents booked for any upcoming shift.
4. Write your message and add any relevant details.
5. (Optional) Attach a file
6. Click Send – the selected talents will receive a chat message in their mobile app, including any attached file.
